We only sell our bikes online. An exception is our annual "ϾⲨKE𝗟LΘP𝗑𝗣𝗜𝗦 - ♛ -I PΛRKΞN ๑(◕‿◕)๑." When purchasing a bike, it can be picked up at our warehouse in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

As a consumer, you have the right to test the bike upon delivery. If it turns out that the bike does not meet your expectations, we will issue a refund within a week.
Unfortunately, we do not sell any spare parts.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day open purchase policy. Refunds will be processed no later than 7 days after we have received your return.

Even though the used bikes we sell are newly serviced, there are times when a bike may have an issue we did not detect during inspection. Therefore, we provide a one-month warranty on all Re-crafted models! Read more about this in our refund policy.
